CAL Custom Building Services reconstructed this house after the October 7th fire. There house was not a total loss, as the main structure (interior and exterior walls) for the most part remained intact. The fire damage, however, was so devastating, that the house had to be brought down to bare studs. New windows, roofing, stucco along with all interior finishes had to be redone. After working successfully with Farrell Faber and Associates (Architects), and Kelly Bracewell (Interior Designer) CAL Custom Building Services was able to reconstruct the house and give our clients back their dream home.
